This program also can be conducted on a proprietary basis among specific employee groups to provide regions or franchisees with the information they need to better manage their most valuable resource.
Custom questions can be added to the standardized questionnaire to address special needs. Subscribers also have access to norms based on information collected freely over the Internet. However, all proprietary work is provided exclusively to the subscriber. In addition, all information is provided in aggregate form, with all respondents' responses being strictly confidential.
