Family-Track is an ongoing syndicated research study that tracks consumer awareness, usage and attitudinal measures for all major family dining restaurants, including buffet-style restaurants and cafeterias.
Information is provided in major metropolitan areas for up to 35 chains. Trend data can be provided from over 30 markets across the U.S. For chains interested in tracking Hispanic marketing efforts, Family-Track studies conducted in Spanish are available in selected markets.
Custom measures can be added to any Family-Track study to address a subscriber’s particular needs.
Rollup reports combining markets and/or waves can also be developed on a proprietary basis.
Additional custom tabulations, supplementary samples, and written summaries are also available.
The next wave will be in the field from October 2005-March 2006.
The deadline to select chains for Attribute Ratings or to add Custom Measures is September 1, 2005.
